Image result for free timeWith scorching competition in the industry, days of non chair time is on the rise. What it has contributed in last few days is more of facebook, whatsapp and other social media channels coming into the practice.
The practice owners in the first three years of their practice on an average spends close to two hours daily on social media platforms.
This is like 60 hours in a month and 720 hours in a year.
And this just the clinical time spent on social media, the total time spent is way more.
The non clinical hours in clinic refers to some the time which we spend in clinic when there is no patient and we are just finding it difficult to get over this time and proceed towards a positive affirmative aspect rather than down in the shell of an unproductive day because if you have realized social media creates even more depressing thoughts in your mindset.
