1.Start taking half day out of your clinical schedule (apart from Sundays that is completely family day) and see the magic happening.
2.Write down your monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
3.Write how you are going to achieve them?
4.Write resources and channels to work with and get your bum out of comfort zone to start growing.
