We all want to grow after attaining a sense of achievement in our running practice and consider that a second branch is the way forward to growth.
Well there is nothing wrong in planning a second clinic provided you have created your clone who could just replicate the same systems and ethos you used to follow.
Cloning a human is not easy considering the number of parameters in one human being.
Just imagine the efforts scientists put in cloning creatures.
Cloning means you are duplicating not just the professional skills as well as the personal skills.
But even if someone is able to duplicate the professional skills then also you are closer to your mission.
Professional skills doesn’t just include the clinical skills but also the soft skills.

Diagnostic ability
Operational ability
Following up the case ability.
The other usual features needed —compassion, understanding, empathy, honesty, competence, commitment, humanity, courage, creativity, a sense of justice, respect, optimism, grace.
It is absolutely impossible to clone but like minded individuals with same skill sets or who are striving to attain the same skill sets are the ideal choices.
It will be a little tough to find such individuals but people who scale up have this capability of finding people who match their way of working.
Then you need to find out why will they work for you with such good skill sets.
You need to have that charisma and aura that inspires them to be working with you.
Apart from inspiration it would be good secured learning curve as well for both parties.
It could be partnerships or a good pay roll.
Ultimately if even finger prints cannot be same how could we have 2 people with same thoughts.
Find like minded people who believe in the same goal and dedicate their complete life to achieve that in association.
